Here's the problem. I talked with both my sis & my best friend. Each expressed the fact that if I didn't choose them for the MOH position, they would understand. I decided that I'd wait til closer to the wedding to choose. I asked my sis like 2-3 weeks ago if she wanted to be in the wedding. She said "DEFINATELY". OK...great! Last week she called and said that a friend of hers was getting married on the same day and she FORGOT that she told her friend over a year ago she'd be in her wedding. My sister TOLD me to change my wedding date and that way it would work out for her. I told her that she needed to decide who's wedding she was going to be in so that her place could be filled. What do I do? Put sis in as MOH or just tell her not to worry and but my Best Friend there???
