Patricia A. Kohout and Charles E. Aker of Kenosha were married on June 7 on the beach in Negril, Jamaica. The Rev. Lionel Rose officiated the 4 p.m. ceremony for the daughter of Phillip and Irene Gentz of Pleasant Prairie and the son of Wanda Aker of Kenosha and the late Harold Aker.
The honor attendants were the bride and groom's children, Chris Bucko and her husband, Tim, Brian Aker and Amy Havland, Korie Rumph and "DJ" Morgan.
Grandchildren Ellsa and Avah Rumph, Lauren Bucko, Jordan Perkel and Stephanie Vestel were the flower girls.
A 5 p.m. reception was held on June 19 at Maplecrest Country Club.
The bride graduated from Tremper High School. She is employed by the Kenosha Post Office.
The groom graduated from Tremper High School and Gateway Technical College in Kenosha. He is an electrician at National Gypsom Corp. in Waukegan, Ill.
After their wedding trip in Negril, they reside in Kenosha.
