Maggie Joyce Lawler, daughter of Frederick and Terri Lawler, will marry Mark Douglas Loney, son of Larry and Lynn Loney, in March of 2019 on the hallowed grounds of Lambeau Field.

The pair met in 2012 when they were both failing an undergraduate philosophy course at the University of Wisconsin-Parkside and needed to attend an extra credit lecture to pass the class.

Fun fact: both Maggie and Mark did pass that class.

Maggie now works at Parkside as an Instructional Designer, while Mark manages the clothing department at the Pleasant Prairie Target. The couple resides in Kenosha with their cat and fish, Miranda and Mulan, respectively.

They had been dating since Jan. 23, 2013, but on Feb. 9, 2017, Mark asked Maggie to marry him in front of Cinderella's Castle at Disney World.

Though the couple will wed at Lambeau Field, the groom-to-be is a diehard Cleveland Browns fan. Maggie, a diehard Green Bay Packers fan, promises to take Mark's last name, but she also promises that she will never take his football team.
