Hillesland-Ticha

Amanda Hillesland of Pleasant Prairie and Jonathan Ticha of Twin Lakes announced their engagement. She is the daughter of Richard and Leanne Hillesland of Pleasant Prairie and Karen Hillesland of Pleasant Prairie. He is the son of William and Kathy Ticha of Twin Lakes.

The future bride graduated from Tremper High School and from the University of Wisconsin-Parkside, receiving a degree in liberal arts and teacher education. She is employed with Kenosha Unified School District.

Her fiance graduated from Wilmot Union High School and UW-Parkside, receiving a degree in sports management and teacher education. He is employed with the Racine Unified School District.

They plan to be married on July 28, 2012, at St. Mary's Lutheran Church.

The couple reside in Kenosha.
